Table Mountain Double Descent

So you thought Mountain Biking was all slog and no fun. No way! Not with the advent of Downhill Mountain Biking. The first trail is a technical single track, the second trail is a wide track from Devil's Peak that will head straight back to our office in Long street. This trail has some of the most breath taking views of Table Bay, Robben Island, Lions Head and the city bowl. The only prerequisite is that you have ridden a bike before. 90% of the ride is downhill with 10% uphill.

Tokai Forest

Set on the Constantiaberg, Tokai offers beautiful scenic rides through a nationally protected area. There is a national downhill course starting at the top of the mountain to challenge the most experienced riders.  The terrain is varying, from fairly smooth and hard packed to rocky, making it ideal for all different abilities of riders, ranging from the downhill beginners to world class riders.

Expert guides will fill you in on surfer secrets of how to paddle out, read the wave, catch a wave and how to control your body to stand up, using specialised learnerboards. Lessons are structured to take the absolute beginner from surfing zero to wave riding hero. We give clients a lifetime of accumulated surfing tips, technical info and practical surf wizardry to get the most out of the day.

Our lessons are split into 3 phases with the first phase being theoretical and the other phases are hands on lessons in the water. At the end of the day you will be riding a couple of waves.
